Looking for a chance to experience what it’s like to be in a musical? Register today for our popular Spotlight program for students ages 9+.
The Spotlight program is a 13-week musical preparation course where students are emerged into the process of putting on a musical. From auditions, rehearsals to live-performance all students will experience what it is like to be part of real musical theatre production. This Fall, the students will be doing Elf the Musical Jr.!
Taught by working professional actors, singers and dancers students will learn the ins and outs of the performance industry including acting, singing and dancing. There is no experience necessary and no audition required for entry into the program.
Classes start on September 18 & 19, 2022.
Course times are as follows:
- Spotlight for young people (Ages 9 – 12), Sundays, 10:00am – 1:00pm
- Spotlight for teens (Ages 13 – 16) – Saturdays, 10:00am – 4:00pm
All programs take place at the Beddington Theatre Arts Centre.
