Evergreen Theatre’s drama camp introduces participants to the magic of drama and puppetry by exploring different styles, meeting and creating new characters, and guiding participants through the construction of their very own high-quality puppet character. Students will also engage in a variety of drama activities which may include improvisation, theatre tech (lights/staging etc), movement, mime, mask, theatre sports, etc. Each day of drama camp is jam-packed! Participants will spend time on their feet engaging in theatre games and explorations, as well as becoming the designers and builders of their very own puppets. The five day, week-long camp features instruction from professional actors, artists and designers, and a final day performance for family and friends. Participants will take home all their creations on the final day. Ages: Six to 15 welcome!
