Archived July 20, 2022 Extra Volunteers On behalf of the Carifest Committee of Calgary, we are seeking to announce the 2022 Carifest Festival: You, Me, We! and to request support from extra volunteers. The festival will be taking place Friday, August 12, 2022 from 4:00 to 10:00pm and Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 7:00am to 9:00pm. Volunteers would be able to take on shifts that would last between 4 to 8 hours. Assignments would be confirmed once we have successfully onboarded volunteers and would be comprised of the following tasks: Helping with booth set-up and take down Volunteering in the VIP area Maintaining the volunteer lounge Sorting recycling bins Your support would be appreciated. In return for the help, volunteers would be provided a meal, which includes a food plate and a beverage, and a T-shirt. Carifest is also hoping for some volunteers that have ProServe training.
