Fall Youth Musical Theatre Course for Ages Six to 15
Are you ready to learn all about the triple threats of musical theatre? Ready to get on stage and perform? We’ve got the class for you! Course participants will receive quality instruction in acting, singing, and dancing while rehearsing for a junior musical theatre production. The course will culminate with participants performing the musical for a live audience!
Please note that in addition to the Thursday evening courses, participants will be required to attend on the following dates and times:
- Dress Rehearsal: Saturday, November 30, 2019, from 3:00 – 7:00pm
- Performance 1: Saturday, November 30, 2019, from 7:00 to approximately 8:30pm
- Performance 2: Sunday, December 1, 2019, from 12:30 to approximately 3:30pm
Fall Musical Theatre Audition Prep Course Ages 16 to Adult
Interested in auditioning for a musical theatre production? Or perhaps you’re looking to hone your acting, singing, and dancing skills? Then this course is for you! Participants will receive quality instruction as they select and prepare two monologues and two musical numbers to create their own personalized audition package. You will have an opportunity to demonstrate what you’ve learned by performing in a musical revue for a live audience!
Please note that in addition to the Thursday evening courses, participants will be required to attend on the following dates and times:
- Dress Rehearsal: Saturday, November 30, 2019, from 3:00 – 7:00pm
- Performance 1: Saturday, November 30, 2019, from 7:00 to approximately 8:30pm
- Performance 2: Sunday, December 1, 2019, from 12:30 to approximately 3:30pm
Fall Theatre Tech and Stage Management Course Ages 12 to Adult
Interested in finding out what happens behind the scenes? Want to become part of the action backstage? Then this course is perfect for you! Participants will receive quality instruction in the crafts of stage management and theatre tech including lighting and sounds. You will have the opportunity to put your new skills to use by being part of the backstage crew for a musical theatre production performed before a live audience!
