Archived February 21, 2019 Festival Volunteers Wanted Otafest is a fully volunteer-run non-profit arts and cultural festival running from May 17 to 19, 2019. We are looking for volunteers who are willing to volunteer for a minimum of nine hours (three three-hour shifts) to fill a variety of positions throughout the festival.
