Free Coding Bootcamps
Alberta University of the Arts School of Continuing Education & Professional Development, along with its partners, Lighthouse Labs and the Government of Canada, have come together to provide a fully funded opportunity for 100 equity-deserving individuals residing in Southern Alberta to shape a better future for themselves and their families.
Successful eligible applicants will receive access to a fully funded web development program and wraparound support services valued at over $14,000.
The ICT Boost initiatives is a fully funded opportunity offered to communities that have faced significant barriers or systemic inequality to full and equal participation in the labour market.
Successful applicants will receive full access to Lighthouse Lab’s Web Development Bootcamp at no cost to the applicant. They will be able to choose the option of a 12-week intensive program, or 30-week flex program.
Besides technical training, successful applicants will also receive a support ecosystem adapted to their needs and life circumstances that will include lifelong post-program career support.
