Join Jacquelyn and Hunter Cardinal of Naheyawin for Honouring Your Footsteps: Creating Personal Land Acknowledgements on November 5, 2020, 1:00 to 3:00pm. In this two-hour-long webinar, participants will craft a personal land acknowledgement. To achieve that aim, Naheyawin will explore cultural teachings that have helped them navigate troubled times, facilitate attendees positioning themselves differently with help from Indigenous perspectives, and provide an open space for participants to discuss their connection to the land and history.
