Intro to Silkscreen

Students will gain an understanding of the basic history of silkscreen in contemporary art, the uses and applications of the silkscreen process including hand-cut stencils, photo emulsion, inking and pulling prints using multiple colours or how to create tonal values, how to create a print run and how to begin the process of silkscreen on their own.
All materials are provided.
Class price includes one additional studio rental day to print!
