Educational Opportunities November 2, 2023 Kids Studio: Exploring Emotions Through Mask Making With Katie Green Date: Saturday, November 11, 2023 Time: 3:30 – 5:30pm Cost: Free Ages: Kids 8 – 12 Kids are invited to join us for a mask-making workshop led by artist Katie Green. Participants will learn about portraiture and mask-masking as tools of self-exploration and self-expression. Through character development, colour, collage and sculpture, Katie will lead you through the process of making and embodying your own mask. Dress for mess! Registration and parent/guardian consent are essential. Parents/guardians are not required to be present for the duration of the program — if your child requires assistance with cutting (including cardboard), using hot glue, we ask that a parent/guardian accompanies them.
