The historic McHugh House has a third floor space opening up to be leased out for use as a studio or office space. Located on 17th Ave, the McHugh House is run by the Beltline Neighbourhoods Association and offers an affordable space for your arts needs.
The space is approximately 12′ x 10′, is on the third floor, has one West-facing window and two closet spaces, and includes use of washrooms, showers, and kitchen. When the McHugh House is again able to host events in its main floor event space, you will also get access to two free rentals per month.
The cost of the space is $300/month, including shared internet and utilities. Leases of at least one year are preferred.
