Moving Connections Online

Winter Session: February 1 – 24, 2021
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays 3:00 – 3:45pm MT

This February, Kaeja d’Dance’s Moving Connections continues online bringing people together through a live movement practice! Accessible to people of all ages, bodies, and abilities, these non-strenuous workshops will warm the body and activate the mind, connecting us to ourselves and one another.

Join our free online movement practice, let’s stay connected in 2021!

The exceptional team of workshop facilitators includes Nickeshia Garrick, Mio Sakamoto, Elke Schroeder, Irma Villafuerte, and Katherine Semchuk. Each workshop includes a gentle warm-up, guiding through of a choreographed sequence and occasionally, a guided movement exploration related to memories of touch and connection. The sequence can be done standing, sitting, or with any modification.

All workshops are free and take place online via Zoom!
