Fall Session: October 14 – November 6, 2020 Location: Online, Zoom Cost: Free Moving Connections has shifted to an online workshop format that brings people together through live movement practice. In a choreographic sequence developed just before the pandemic, we will move in harmony with one another, from our own spaces. These workshops provide a place for friends, family, and community to come together to move and connect. Through the choreographic sequence, this non-strenuous movement practice will warm the body and activate the mind. The sequence can be done standing, sitting, or with any other modification.
