We have a room available within a larger retail space—approximately 25×12 ft. in a 1,200-sq.-ft. building. Located in the downtown Calgary area of West Village, the room for rent is lockable for privacy and security. It was originally developed as a recording studio so has some soundproofing but would need someone with expertise and equipment to make it fully fit for this purpose.

Though the space has the potential to be a recording studio, the main room and adjacent engineering booth lend themselves to any number of uses, e.g., record store, jewelry/craft workshop-cum-retail space, rehearsal space, boutique, office/writers space, artist’s studio.

The rest of the space is occupied by an established rare and choice book store and, potentially, a coffee bar and collection of retro clothing. Although this space is versatile in use, we will be looking for something to fit within and complement this grass-roots, creative hub.

Competitive rate for a central location, final price negotiable depending on usage. We would encourage all interested parties to come and get a feel for the space and have a face-to-face meeting.
