In partnership with Wildflower Arts Centre, Canada’s National Ballet School invites you to join us for a day of creative movement in Calgary on Saturday, November 3, 2018. Baycrest NBS Sharing Dance Seniors Class Time: 10:00 – 11:00am This hour-long workshop is designed for seniors of varying ages and abilities – anyone can dance along! Come exercise, socialize with people from your community, and move to beautiful music. NBS Sharing Dance Family Workshop Time: 11:00am –12:00 p.m. This is a workshop for the whole family! All ages are welcome to join. Both workshops are completely free, and no dance experience is needed to participate. We hope to see you on the dance floor!
