Archived November 10, 2021 Northeast Public Art Initiative The City is now accepting applications for three functional public art projects in northeast Calgary. Artists and artist teams who are interested in creating a bike rack, bench or picnic table are encouraged to apply. This project is open to all artists who work, live, play or have strong ties to northeast Calgary. Deadline for applications is Friday, December 24, 2021, at 4:59pm. Two free, online information sessions will be held to support artists who are interested in applying. Attendance is optional and pre-registration is required.
