Artist Trading Cards

First and Third Tuesdays

Host Wendy Lees invites non-artist’s and artists alike to create artist trading cards.

All mediums are welcomecollage, paint or alter any surface measuring 2.5″ x 3.5″. This is a fun way to start making and collecting art and to meet new people in a welcoming atmosphere!

Cost: One for $10 or two for $15

Supplies:

  • Supplies will be provided (paper, cutting mat, Exacto knives, crayons, pencils, pens, apron, palette).
  • Feel free to bring any special paper or found objects that you wish to use to incorporate into your work.
  • TIP: Upcycle before you recycle! playing cards, cardboard, mailers etc.

Time: First and third Tuesday of each month, drop-in between 7:00 and 9:00pm.
Date: Starting March 6, 2018
Location: Paula Timm Artist Studio, cSPACE King Edward (125, 1721 29th Ave. SW)

Participants:

  • This workshop is suitable for adults and family.
  • Maximum class size 10.
  • Seniors are very welcome.
  • Ages 5 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
