Peartree Impressions is North America’s leading pet impression company. Headquartered in Calgary, we share our special brand of joy far and wide by creating personalized, handmade clay impressions that celebrate pets and people.

We’re hiring full-time employees to fill a variety of roles in our busy ceramic art and production studio in the coming months. Currently, we are looking for a clay production artist who would like to work hands-on and directly with our clay.

The position is full-time Monday to Friday and requires someone with stamina to perform a variety of continuously changing tasks in our studio environment.

Applicant must have a working knowledge of clay, however, post-secondary training is considered essential. Applicant must be able to and enjoy working with their hands in the completion of repetitive tasks. They must have an excellent eye for detail, express a positive attitude and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and independently in a team based environment.

Position Requirements:

• Full-time availability.
• Training in ceramic production.
• Experience with hand-building.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• A team player who is able to communicate and work independently.
• It is particularly important that they are comfortable entertaining our very demanding studio cats.
