Archived February 23, 2018 Pencil Sketching, Pastels & Watercolours This is a six-week art program taught by professional artist Norene Procter who has taught all age groups of diverse communities for 18 years. Norene focuses on group instruction followed by one-on-one personal attention with an emphasis on learning how to see in a new light. All the art basics here are taught along with info on where to purchase art supplies, sign up for art opening invites and much more. Come and get creative and learn how to see anew!
