General Auditions

Quest Theatre will be holding general auditions in Calgary for artists not familiar to the company. Quest encourages all artists to explore theatre for young audiences as part of their ongoing practice. We are open to inspiration from any artist who is passionate about sharing their love of theatre with young people. We welcome artists of various races, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, and ability, as these represent the audience we serve.

When: May 2 & 3, 2018

Who: Auditions are for Equity artists and Non-Equity artists. As Quest Theatre is a touring company, artists cannot be enrolled as full or part-time students as of September 2018. We welcome submissions from across the country, and
we would love to see you when you are in town, however, we will not be accepting video auditions.

Where: Quest Theatre Rehearsal Hall, cSPACE King Edward (Suite 325, 1721 29th Ave. SW)

What: Please prepare two contrasting monologues, no longer than three minutes in length for both. Actors will audition in Calgary for Artistic Director Nikki Loach.

How: Please send electronic resume and photo to Nikki Loach at artisticdirector@questtheatre.org

Please Make Subject Heading: Quest Theatre General Auditions 2018

Deadline: April 24, 2018

We thank all artists in advance, for their interest; however, only those selected for an audition will be contacted. Please do not call Quest Theatre.
