Psychology of Creativity with Dr. Maria Owczarek With Dr. Maria Owczarek, hosted by Chris W. Carson, Executive Director, CARFAC Alberta and by Tara Vahab, CARFAC Alberta’s Engagement Coordinator. We will meet to discuss the ways to increase our creativity, improve the creative process and find out what the latest science knows about this. The theoretical part of the presentation is based on research in positive psychology by Dr. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. Dr. Maria Owczarek gained a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Cardinal Stephan Wyszynski in Warsaw, Poland. She is now a student at the University of Alberta, visual Arts Certification at the Faculty of Extension. Chris W. Carson (CARFAC Alberta’s Executive Director) will play the role of host assisted by Tara Vahab (CARFAC Alberta’s Engagement Coordinator).
