Events Coordinator

We are in need of an Events Coordinator. This position is to work alongside the board of Elephant Artist Relief and other SCiP applicants to help develop our upcoming fundraiser this April! We will be hosting a silent and live auction of artwork, have some rad bands playing and really cool events.

Position includes the organization of artwork donated and helping us find caterers, decorating and set-up/takedown of the event.

We are looking for a student (must be approved through SCiP) that is interested in the arts and has some history of arts in general (making artwork, selling artwork, arts administration).

Applicant must have access to a vehicle and license.
