Sculpture Commission

The deadline for this opportunity has passed.

Humainologie is seeking a sculpture artist to create two eye-catching, unique chairs to be part of an installation encouraging two strangers to sit and talk to each other. The installation will be in use for at least a 12-month period at a new gallery/store in a high-traffic location in the Beltline (scheduled to open in early 2019). A conservative budget is available to cover the costs of materials and an allowance for work conducted.

Please contact us at with photographs of at least three sculpture pieces produced by you or a link to your online portfolio, along with a cover letter stating why you wish to be considered.

Applications will be received and reviewed on a rolling basis until December 14, 2018.

The successful applicant will be contacted by December 18, 2018. Work is to be completed by January 23, 2019.
