Alberta Boot Company is looking for sewing machine operators who will work as part of the production and manufacturing team, to create our custom leather boots and shoes. The key tasks include stitching, repair, and assembly of leather and footwear materials.

What will you Need?

Alberta Boot Company is looking for sewing machine operators who have experience operating:

  • Single needle machine.
  • Double-needle machine.
  • Post machine.
  • Longarm machine.
  • Hand shears.
  • Ability to set zippers.
  • Willingness to flex operations as production demand requires.
  • Basic English, ability to read work orders and understand them.
  • Communication skills, to work well with others.
    Able to learn new skills and adapt to changing sewing requirements.
  • Able to lift 50Lb occasionally (crates of parts or materials).
  • Responsible, reliable.
