She has developed plans and programming for organizations on curriculum design, strategic enrollment management, data analysis, leadership, change management, and strategic planning. Prior to consulting work, she was the Associate Vice President, Student Affairs and Registrar for eight years at the Alberta College of Art + Design. Marianne holds a master of fine arts degree in studio art from the University of California, Irvine.
