Show + Sale Volunteer Coordinator Reporting to the show + sale coordinator, the show + sale volunteer coordinator will support the recruitment, scheduling, training and leadership of all volunteers for the Students’ Association’s Show + Sale in late November. The volunteer coordinator will ensure that all aspects of volunteer management are carried out in an efficient and professional manner to support the operations of Show + Sale. Each sale involves managing a roster of approximately 150 volunteers. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience with Show + Sale or volunteer management considered an asset. Time management and ability to balance multiple priorities. Ability to take initiative in coordinating and carrying out assigned projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills to work collaboratively with the Show + Sale team, Show + Sale students and the general public. Ability to work equitably with all students and provide support as and when required. Working knowledge of Microsoft suite and one or more volunteer management software.
