Archived July 18, 2018 Summer Media Arts Camp With Anna Cooley Summer Media Arts Camp (SMAC) introduces youth ages 15 to 18 to the filmmaking process. Over the course of a week (Monday to Friday), participants will learn the basics of taking a movie from script to screen in intensive, hands-on, collaborative workshops. This excellent introduction to the art of film production will see participants write, direct, shoot, and edit a film. Upon completion, their film will be premiered at a gala screening at the CSIF, where participants and the public are invited to attend.
