Archived August 15, 2018 Volunteer Board Member We are looking for a new volunteer board member to join our board in the role of secretary. Responsibilities: Attend and take details minutes at all board meetings. File, maintain and distribute minutes and records as required. Provide administrative support to board members as needed. Ensure board actions and activities are carried out within the society’s bylaws. Drive the organization’s activities forward and ensure the vision and mission of the organization are executed and maintained. Qualifications: A passion for arts and orchestral music is a must. Extremely organized, ability to keep the board on track during and between meetings. Time Commitment: This is an administration heavy role. We are an administrative board meaning we do the work.
