We’re still looking for volunteers for Camp Sled Island, a three-day in person event that will take place at High Park, from August 19 to 21, 2021. Shifts to fill include greeters, box office, merch and bar service (ProServe required) and run daily from 5:00pm to 12:00am at High Park (340 10th Ave. SW). Volunteers will receive a handful of perks for their work: One limited edition Sled Island enamel mug. One limited edition Camp Sled Island t-shirt. Snacks and soft drinks to sustain you through the night. While all public health restrictions related to COVID-19 were lifted on July 1, 2021, we remain very cautious and will have COVID protocols in place to minimize any risk of transmission at the event. Please note that masks will be mandatory on-site for all volunteers, staff and patrons.
