Archived May 20, 2021 West Hillhurst Streetscape and Public Realm Improvements Community Art project The City of Calgary is investing in streetscape and community level improvements in the community of West Hillhurst. As a part of this project, we’re looking for an artist or artist team to lead the development of a community art project. Interested artists will develop a project concept which will focus on improving the vibrancy of the public realm through placemaking that involves community art.
