Connect with your divine feminine energy—a creative journey of mindfulness, breathing, guided meditation, and intuitive art-making.
Women only.
This workshop is for women who wish to connect with their feminine creative power. We will be using guided meditation and gentle movement to call forth our feminine energy and then celebrate by painting a potent transition object for you to bring home. Celebrate this powerful energy in a circle of sisterhood.
Date: Sunday April 7, 2019, 9:30 – 11:30am
Location: inkUbator, Northland Village Mall (5111 Northland Dr. NW)
Cost: $50.
All supplies included.
Feel free to bring craft supplies that you might want to incorporate into painting project. I will be sending more details once you’ve registered.
Carol-Ann has been teaching art and yoga since 2005 and has led many classes, events, and retreats – teaching hobby artists and absolute beginners how to draw, paint and think more creatively. She has led yoga & painting retreats to such destinations as Provence, Panama, and Costa Rica.
