Carol’s writing interests span fiction, children and young adult fiction, poetry, and creative non-fiction. She is active in the Alberta writing community. In her writing, she explores the strength and the influence of culture, heritage, and ancestry on a person within the context of whether the influence is based on blood and part of their genealogy and character; or part of their knowledge/awareness from birth in what the child was taught and exposed to.
