My name is Samantha Washington and I am a Canadian artist and illustrator based in Calgary, Alberta. I have been drawing for nearly the entirety of my life, continuing to pursue technical realism in order to manipulate it. I work primarily in graphite and digital, creating illustrations that depict the worlds of my imagination as well as my deep passion and interest in mythology and mythical creatures.

I have worked with and created original illustrations for a wide range of clients and projects including graphic novels, animation, concept and costume design.
