The cabaret style performance also features a special guest appearance by Andrew Love—Calgary’s very own broadway star and Cowtown Opera alumni. And rounding out the show is the world premiere of an original new opera, Prison Divas. This collaborative creation features performances by several of Cowtown Opera’s roster singers and is inspired by Orange is the New Black. These jail bird divas have gotten into all kinds of trouble.
