Check out The Kinkonauts present Beauty Love Truth—a show where guest musicians inspire improvised scenes. Fuelled by tales of heartbreak, happiness, and hope, improvisers are influences by lyrics of original songs performed live by local musicians. This month’s show features musical guest Ben Rose and opening act Built for Comfort. “The audience is the most important part of this community,” says show creator Shannon Manning, in a statement. “We believe there is something magical about the experience of live music, and of improv, which gives us the opportunity, the calling, to collaborate. Our audience becomes a part of that experience and discovery with us.” Beauty Love Truth with Ben Rose takes place at 8:00pm on January 21, 2017 at The Lab (112 16th Ave. NW). Tickets are $10, $5 for students, and are available cash only at the door.
