Starring Victoria Souter, Stephanie Orr, Omatta Udalor, and Spencer Streichert, it tells the story of two estranged sisters brought together as one is dying. Exploring the role of patient and caregiver, and what happens when those roles are reversed, Young’s first play won a writers circle award at the University of Winnipeg. Bonds runs April 18 to 22 & 25 to 29, 2017 at the Motel Theatre, Arts Commons (205 8th Ave. SE). Tickets are $25 for adults, $20 for seniors and students, and are available cash only at the door.
