They’re bright, colourful, beautiful, and you’ve probably seen them popping up all over the Beltline—the Beltline Urban Murals Project (BUMP) has returned and is celebrating 16 new pieces with this free festival.

This ongoing initiative promotes public art in the form of murals in Calgary.

Featuring free guided mural tours, artist talks, live music and outdoor cinema you won’t want to miss, this three-day festival is hosted by the Beltline Neighbourhoods Association. We’re going to be checking out these awesome events:

Festival Kickoff Party with Artist Talk and Selci EP Release

A moderated discussion with 2019 BUMP artists followed by a live performance by Electro-R&B singer-soundscaper Selci, this Wednesday night kickoff is the perfect way to start the festival.

Movie in the Park
