Celebrating real life that’s worth watching, the festival has curated 14 international feature films in a variety of genres, subjects, and documentary styles, as well as a selection of shorts. These include the Alberta premieres of California Typewriter, Don’t Break Down: A Film About Jawbreaker, and King Cohen. Certain to be a highlight of the festival, don’t miss the Canadian premiere of Manson: The Voice of Madness from Calgary-based writer and director James Buddy Day. Narrated by Rob Zombie, Day spent a year interviewing Manson and tracking down members of the so-called Manson Family for the film.
