Who would have thought that two nuns running a vineyard in secret would be the least of the worries plaguing the Sisters of Perpetual Sewing?

Throw in a handful of accusations, mistaken identities, and mysterious relationships and you have the perfect set up for Stage West’s traditional farce, Drinking Habits.

Two nuns have been secretly making wine to keep the convent’s doors open, but when reporters Paul and Sally go undercover as a nun and priest, things get a bit confused. Add in a second new nun as well as rumours that spies have been sent from Rome to shut them down, and inevitably both wine and secrets are spilled.

Drinking Habits runs February 10 to April 16, 2017 at Stage West Calgary (727 42nd Ave. SE).
