A story about hope—hope between family, hope for a city on the brink, and hope for those we’ve lost—see the smash-hit play live before it makes its big screen debut.

Combining spoken word, music, and storytelling, Emmet Kirwan’s Dublin Oldschool is more than a wild weekend.

DJs, drug busts, and hilltop raves, Jason is on a chemically enhanced trip through the streets of Dublin, staggering from one misguided misadventure to another. But somewhere along the way he stumbles across a familiar face—his brother Daniel. They haven’t spoken in years and over a lost weekend, they reconnect and reminisce over tunes, trips, and their city.

Dublin Oldschool runs January 23 to 26, 2018 at the Victor Mitchell Theatre, Pumphouse Theatres (2140 Pumphouse Ave. SW) and is part of the High Performance Rodeo.
