A rare conversation with the chef/owner of New York City’s renowned restaurant, Prune, join Wordfest for an evening with Gabrielle Hamilton, author of the New York Times bestselling memoir Blood, Bones & Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Cook.

Presented in partnership with the Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity, where Hamilton is guest faculty in the Literary Journalism program, the evening is hosted by Shelley Youngblut and includes special treats prepared by Chef Colin Metcalfe of Sidewalk Citizen Bakery.
