With three days of free, locally-led walking tours inspired by urban activist Jane Jacobs, everyone is encouraged to celebrate their neighbourhood. Each tour is a walking conversation and can be on almost any aspect of a neighbourhood, on almost any topic you can think of. Jane’s Walk Calgary has been an initiative of Calgary Foundation since 2008 and is presented in partnership with Jane’s Walk International. With 61 citizen-led walks, 25 self-identify as arts and culture, and four specifically are directly correlated to public art in Calgary.
