Exploring self and identity beyond the borders of the body, skin colour, and sexual organs, androgyny and music burst onto the stage at the High Performance Rodeo.

Motus’ MDLSX uses life stories, home videos, queer culture, performance art, academia, androgyny, and music to create an explosive hymn to the freedom of being.

MDLSX caps off a month of shows that question gender, identity, and the importance of being an accepting and inclusive society,” says Theatre Junction’s Executive Director Guy de Carteret, in a statement. “MDLSX disrupts our perception of who we are individually, and together. It is visually stunning.”

MDLSX runs January 25 to 27, 2018 at Theatre Junction GRAND (608 1st St. SW) and is part of the High Performance Rodeo. Suggested for an 18+ audience, the show contains nudity, strong language, and mature content.
