Doc Soup closes season with Ramus Dinesen’s Tales from the Kitchen

A candid portrayal of what it takes to dream of, receive, and maintain a place in the iconic Guide Michelin, join the Calgary International Film Festival and Hot Docs for the final film in this year’s Doc Soup series.

Director Ramus Dinesen offers a sampling of the work of the today’s most famous chefs while exploring the cultural moment that has become known as the golden age of gastronomy. The documentary features candid conversations with top-ranked chefs, the food critics that have the power to make and crush dreams, and the foodies who have a mission to travel and sample the best high-end cuisine.

Michelin Stars – Tales from the Kitchen screens at 7:00pm on April 4, 2018 at Cineplex Eau Claire (200 Barclay Parade SW).

Advance tickets are sold out but there will be a rush line one hour before the film at the venue. The rush line is admitted on a first-come, first-served basis based on the number of empty seats available.
