Calgary, the birthplace of theatresports itself, plays host to this improv tournament. Join the Kinkonauts and The Loose Moose Theatre Company as they host teams from Obviously Improv (Calgary), Bull Skit (Red Deer), Rapid Fire Theatre (Edmonton), Grindstone Theatre (Edmonton) and Hitchhikers (Regina). All teams compete by creating improvised scenes based on audience suggestions, receiving scores from a panel of judges based on characters and spontaneous storytelling. Anything goes in this bloodthirsty competition. Prairie Bowl V takes place November 17 to 19, 2016 at Loose Moose Theatre (1235 26th Ave. SE). All shows run at 8:00pm nightly with an additional 10:30pm late show on Friday night.
