Based on the Oscar winning, smash-hit movie, this musical features a parade of dance floor favorites including It’s Raining Men, I Will Survive, Hot Stuff, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, and I Love The Nightlife. Tick (Bryan Smith), Bernadette (Brian Holaday), and Adam (Jeffery Follis) are a glamorous Sydney-based drag performance trio who agree to take their show to the middle of the Australian outback. Acquiring transportation in the form of a battered old bus—Priscilla—they battle prejudice and breakdowns to find love and friendship. “Even though the movie came out 24 years ago, its messages and themes are still so relevant today,” says Director Mike Sornberger, in a statement. “It’s a show that, at its heart, is a celebration of humanity and acceptance.
