Since 2004, Spoon has released eight solo albums spanning folk, indie-rock, and electronic genres. While their 2013 Polaris Music Prize-nominated album, My Prairie Home, explored Spoon’s childhood and upbringing as a queer youth in a Pentecostal household, their latest 2016 record, Armour, is about their view of the future.
