This Friday the 13th, dance away your bad luck blues with local bands the Voodoo Trio, The Lovebullies, Peter and the Wolves, and MC Kris Demeanor. There’s even a live auction featuring original works from Canadian artists Chris Cran, Mark Dicey, Drunken Paw, Carl White, Edward Nyikes, Ron Moppett, Dan Hudson, and others, as well as a silent auction featuring the work of Lisa Brawn, Eveline Koljin, Shona Rae, Tom Andriuk, and many more. All proceeds from this fundraising event go toward EAR’s relief funds for artists experiencing crises. The Sad Bastards’ Bad Luck Ball takes place on April 13, 2018 at Festival Hall (1215 10th Ave SE). Doors open at 8:00pm.
