Made up of four kinetic and engaging works, each with two distinct but synchronous lines of action, SplitScreen launches the annual Dance Pro Series at the University of Calgary.

The School of Creative and Performing Arts presents this work from Peggy Baker Dance Projects and features Baker along with dancers Ric Brown, Sarah Fregeau, Kate Holden and David Norsworthy. Baker has been acclaimed as one of the most influential contemporary dancers of her generation and this show offers a great taste of her work.

SplitScreen will be presented on September 23 and 24, 2016 in University Theatre, University of Calgary (230 University Court NW). Tickets are available at scpa.ucalgary.ca or at the door.

Also look for move, an hour-long dance installation designed by Peggy Baker for a cast of 16 performers, including UCalgary dance students, faculty, alumni and professional dancers from the local community.

move will be presented for free at 2:00pm on September 25, 2016 at Husky Oil Great Hall, Rozsa Centre, University of Calgary (2500 University Dr. NW).
