Emelia Symington Fedy examines the line between seeking out enlightenment and destructive navel-gazing in The Chop’s irreverent solo show.

Symington Fedy has been obsessed with making herself better since she was a kid and in Through the Gaze of a Navel, she asks the big questions while guiding you through a physical journey suitable for people of all levels of experience.

Part class, part show, you can participate or observe. There is even a yoga participation opportunity each show on a first-come, first-served basis. Please dress comfortably.

Through The Gaze of a Navel runs January 26 to 29, 2017 at Lunchbox Theatre (160, 115 9th Ave. SE) and is part of the High Performance Rodeo, running January 5 to February 2, 2017.
