Guitarist extraordinaire Darren Young brings his eclectic and nuanced playing to this Kensington collaboration. Young is known for his vast and varied projects including stints as the president of the Classical Guitar Society of Calgary and is a founding member of prog-rock band Diatesseron. In addition to collaborating with Young, the Kensington Sinfonia Quintet will play selections from its last concert alongside some surprises. And, as always, you can enjoy a special beer on tap made just for this show. The concert takes place at 7:30pm on May 31, 2018 at the Village Brewery Taproom (5000 12A St. SE).
